Unhandled exception in Design page

I have created a solution by the following steps:
Open Visual Studio 2010
In Visual Studio 2010, press Ctrl+Shift+N, or use the File?New?Project... menu item.
Select Visual C#(C#) or Visual Basic(VB)?Silverlight in the treeview on the left
In the center, select the Silverlight Business Application template.
Name the project SlEventManager.

And i am getting the following error (as attached in the following file) in the design .
Can anyone help me with this error since am new to Silverlight.

Thanks and Regards,
Hoosha Boosha

Hi,

It is better to design a Silverlight Page in Microsoft Expression Blend. Below is the download link.
