Service Run Continuously

Hi,

I have created one service which is installed on local system. When i started the service then it is working. How to set the service run continuously?

just go to the control panel -> administrative tools -> Services.
and set your service start up type to Automatic.
so whenever you start your computer, your service run automatically.
you can set this programatically also.

Thanks for replying,


In my application i want write text in the text file at every minute.When my application is started it is working then after one minute it is not
writing the text. For example i want to write today's date and time with every minute in the text file how to do this?

Hi,

you can use timer control for this and add code for writing data in text file on Timer_Elapsed event.
