URJENT HELP ON SITE UPLOAD [Resolved]

hi ,

due to some reason i needed to upload my whole site again to the server

but now when i type url i.e. www.abc.com it gives 404 error

but if i type www.abc.com/home.aspx then its working

any help on this ?????

Resolved
The guys are correct.
in your IIS there is a "Startup" Page, normally this is defaulted to the "index.htm" , Go to IIS and go to the Directory Tab and add the name of your startup page, in your case it is a "Default.aspx" and refresh the page, it should be fine after that.

Ok, this is due to in your web server your default page would be either Default.aspx or Index.html...
so just add home.aspx to your web server's default document tab.
