getting exception on passing "/" in webclient.downloadstring

Hi,

I am trying to add a word "approve/decline" in a page.It undergoes a spellchecker->When i try to add to dictionary (need to add a word along with "/" )
getting exception.

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadDataInternal(Uri address, WebRequest& request) at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadString(Uri address) at Thd.Twm.SharePoint.Services.WrapperService.InvokeRestServiceUri(String Uri)

this is the uri->Uri=https://wfm-qa.homedepot.com/SpellCheckRestService.svc/SpellCheck/addword/en-us/approve/decline

Please any1 help on this.
