Hi,

I am looking for a chart that has line and range chart together.
What I want to implement with Range chart is Target values
My dataset looks like
Actual actualdate targetQ1 targetQ2 EffectDate TargetOperator Expirydate
23 Mar12,2010 21 30 jan1,2010 between June1,2010
30 Aug12,2010 35 - jul1,2010 > Oct31,2010
12 Mar12,2010 10 1 0 Oct2,201 0 between Dec1,2010

I want show both actual and targets in one chart based on date parameters( startdate and end date)
Chart should both actual and targets values between start and end date.
Actual values as Line Chart and Targets values as range or ? some chart

thanks in advance
Ash

Do you need it in RDLC or RDL?

Thanks,

Hi,
Steps While createing a Server Report
1.Create a Datasource

2.Create Dataset
3.Populate Dataset
4.Add a Column Chart
5. In the category group add Quaters
6. In Series group add Target
7. in values add sum(target)

After you do this , you will have 2 series in chart area.
Then select 1 series(Actuals) and change it to line chart type.
Then run the report.

Thats it.

Thanks,
Sanjay
