For what's your purpose?

If the file you wanted to upload is yours, why not you can't change the filename or modify?

You can't do what you wanted. Anybody could change or the rename the file that he wanted to upload unless you provide them a filename format.

Provide them a filename format then in your code, check the format before saving the file. If the file is not in correct format then return an error message.
