Strong names private key compramise

In Strong Names(.snk file), public private key pair will be there.
both the public and private keys are seperated from the pair, how the private key can be compramised.
In what ways can it be stolen. Please explain me the correct approach

Private key can't be stolen this is the private property for any organization. When developer doing the signing, they can do it using dummy key during the final release some concern person signed with original keys, that's why it called as Delay signing.
