Use Internet Explorer when you develop your website in Visual Studio. Because both are of 'Microsoft Corporation'.
Check your website in IE.

Resolved

If it is working fine in IE, then it is valid.
So, while developing only, you need to check in IE and apply CSS that fits in IE.
So, set you default browser as IE and modify CSS, so that styles are visible properly.
Then deploy.
