Hi Rohan,
Both technologies are awesome and their own advantage and disadvantages. However as ADO.NET Entity framework is from Microsoft and there is considerable amount of enhancements in EF 4.0 and many other features and on the way in coming versions, I would suggest to go ahead with Entity Framework.
Here is a better comparison between the two technologies

Hope this will help you.
Thanks

I don't remember I had ever laughed this much after reading any Forums post response. Rohan you ...... :)
Do not worry about Entity Framework, it is not going to expire any time soon. LINQ to SQL may go soon but ADO.NET Entity Framework will not.
Have heard that MS has put a lot of investment on it and they are very bullish on it that is why a lot of improvement is being added with every new releases.
If you have decided to go with EF, rest assured and go ahead.
Thanks
(This is my personal opinion)
