You should tell him that you are implementing your knowledge on some Project and after completing it I'm looking for job since 15 days etc.

And Interviewer ask why do you do this Project ?? and then he will ask you to describe your project detail and what you have implement in that.

Just tell him anything but go in one way.
Don't let interviewer to know that you are idle with long period

if i would say project what shjould i tell interviewer that i was making a project based on .net ???????

At first describe your Project.
Means you have project base on eCommerce then tell him I have developed eCommerce base Application in that supplier's product are there for sell and buyer can buy it, add to wishlist etc.
describe Flow of Project.

And then Interview asked you what you have done challenging in Project then tell him any hard task you know, But you have to have solution for that task,
OOPS will very general question asked in interview.
if you are strong in oops you will selected.
and after that he will asked you general .Net question like OOPS, what is viewstate,State Management, Session. SP. ADO.Net, etc.
