Help me to calculate Net Hour of Employee

Hi everyone

i have employee that have task which has a start and end date

now i want to calculate the net hours of this employee where the working day is 8 hour a day

and have day off Saturday and Friday

for example if Start Day is :- 2/3/2008  2:00:00 AM

and End Day is:- 2/3/2008  3:00:00 AM

so the Net Hour will be :- 1 hour

Please help me
