Hello,
I want to develop a web application in ASP.net. It will be using google maps to locate lat, long on the map. There will be some more modules in the website. I have not started development till now. I want to spend less amount of time in GUI / design(HTML/CSS) development. I want to develop it in JOOMLA. I dont know too much about JOOMLA. But someone suggested me to complete GUI work in JOOMLA and business logic(Entire coding) in C#(ASP.NET). He said that joomla provide login module, some more modules which can be used in our web application. I am little bit confused about how my ASP.net code behind can communicate with the controls used in JOOMLA.  For example how code behind will get the data of textboxes used in username and password fields. I also dont know whether it is possible or not to develop a website using ASP.net and JOOMLA together. If it is possible, also please tell Which part/module of JOOMLA may be helpful in ASP.net.
... Go to the complete details ...
