Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID

Hi everyone,
I am trying to upload word document using my ASP.NET application. My application is deployed on windows 2008 Server (64-bit) machine. When i try to upload document i am getting this type of error "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154". Is there any type of security issue or something else? Can anybody tell me that how can i resolve this issue? I'll be very thankfull to you.
