You have selected ASP.NET AJAX category for this thread that means you must be using ASP.NET Web Form not ASP.NET MVC.

Assuming you are using latest version of ASP.NET, follow this link http://blogs.msdn.com/b/webdev/archive/2012/08/15/oauth-openid-support-for-webforms-mvc-and-webpages.aspx.
