Hello Sir,
I have total 7 year experience in .net Technology. From last around 2 year, i am working in Reputed MNC company in Banking Finance domain, which provide KPO, operations service to their clients.
From technical perspects, i am not Satisfied with company becuase there is very little Software development task. That's why i am feeling technically outdated by the time.
Please guide me in such environment, how i am update myself technically.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. When there is no growth then I suggest you to look for other opportunities where you can grow your career technically. Apply in service based companies; now most of the companies are focused on services rather than products. If you are in a service based project you will get chance to work on latest technologies which will make you up-to-date on the technology.
