Venkatmanohar's Advice on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 :
Dear Manish,

First of all please let us know why you want to move to production support from development. If package is a concern and you are desperate then you can move to production support. But later it will be slightly difficult to get on as a developer, but if you practice hard and upto date on the latest technologies then its a cake walk for you to move to development.
