Hello, I have completed my BCA and presently working in an MNC as performance tester. Presently I m undergoing training in Performance testing. I want to know the career scope in Performance testing and will my salary package will be increased in this field. Or should i opt for MCA course or some Certification in this field for my promotions? Please clear my doubt becoz i m really confused.
