I have one year experience but i know only 2.0 version

All the new technologies of .Net have been towards making the new features and also making development easy. The main thing to learn after 2.0:

AJAX/ASP.Net - For Rich user interface.

LINQ - Common way of data access from multiple sources.

WCF- Common development platform for all kind of communication: WCF-WCF(native), WS*, REST, XML, Queue, Adpaters, Inter-process communication.

WWF - For workflow based applications.

WPF/Silverlight

All these technologies will help you in end-2-end development.

Learn the concepts... Learn them by tutorial hands-on application development. Many could be find over internet. Or there are video tutorials also offered for step-by-step training.
