i am in Bond Period i want to leave

i joined one company.i put 3 years bond with that company.till i need to stay for 10 months.
but i want to leave now.what i need to do.i need to pay 3 lac for breaking bond.
please give idea for me

This is more of a legal/ethical issue. You may take a advice from a legal person as for consequences of breaking this sort of bond.

I will never advice you or anybody else to do anything illegal in one's career. IT world is too small to spoil your relationships with anybody.  We keep bumping into each other in one or other company. You should talk to your manager or wait for 10 months to sort this out. You must have thought of the bond option before signing it.

Always leave a company on a good note... Do not burn your bridges...
