Hello,
I am working as a software developer and involved in creating web based applications using ASP.NET/SQL Server. I have 5 yrs. of development experience using different technologies such as C#, WCF, Entity Framework, WWF, ASP.NET, SQL Server etc.
I just wanted to know if there are good opportunities working as a support engineer. Is there any growth possible in the support sector. Currently the work I'm doing almost relates to support. for ex. receiving client issues, fixing issues, test the fix and provide the updates to client and communicating with the client.
Views on this will be very helpful.
Thank you...
