Hello Sir,

I have 2 yrs of experience as a development in java.Now I want to switch from development to testing. Its not like that I dont like coding i like logical skills but I am slow in learning as compared to my teammates due to which my rating got effected and my moral has become down.Now i am bit scared to go into development field.I found more pressure during my work.now i am deciding to

Hi Swats, There are some contradictory statements. You said you don't like testing and also said you are learning automation testing which includes programming skills. You are finding more pressure at current role because you might be not interested in coding. You feel relaxed when you love what you are doing. First of all, list down all the problems that you think "Are problems" and then see if there is any work around to overcome. Moving to Test from DEV just because of pressure is NOT a right choice. Tester also faces lot more pressure than DEV. Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
