error while opening silver light project [Resolved]

can you please help how to correct this error.
I am getting unexpected excepted reload designer error while opening silver light project.

0	After scractching for a long time, i myself found a work around.. I uninstalled vs2010 completely along with the silver light 4.0 and it s tools. then restarted the notebook to get it effected. then i installed Vs2010 along with silver light 3.0 gets installed automatically. only thing to remember is while executing the silverlight application , in the browser donot press update plugin the browser. coz to my understanding that causes the designer loading problem ..
