copy paste webpage content from webpage to webpage

Hi all,
i have got the following task.
there is gonna be a webpage wherein there will be 2 divs. 1st div will have all html content in it.
there will be another div which is blank.
user will select some of the content from 1st div and paste it into another div.
how is it possible?
