getting error while publicshing website

Hi,

i have donr one webiste, while publish website getting error The type 'EmpUserControl' exists in both 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\jobportal\8c4ac5d4\5a2c6057\App_Web_owo2vp0p.dll' and 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\jobportal\8c4ac5d4\5a2c6057\App_Web_31fxis79.dll' D:\dotnet\JOBPORTAL\Myapplication.aspx

0	It can be Solved by adding batch to web config. <configuration ...> <system.web> <compilation ... batch="false"/> </system.web> ... and delete the items in temporary asp.net files (c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files). before delete the file, reset the iis. It can be Solved by adding batch to web config.

<configuration ...> 

  <system.web> 

    <compilation ... batch="false"/> 

   </system.web> 

      ...

and

delete the items in temporary asp.net files (c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files).
before delete the file, reset the iis.
