Getting Services from one server to the another server

Hi,

I am using a web application where i need to display the system services. On one server the services are added and displayed. Adding another services of another server getting the error as "Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))".

How can i get the services of another server in my application.

I have checked the firewall and all are in OFF even in my sytem and as well as in Server.

I have written the code like this.

scope = new ManagementScope(@"\\" + machineName + @"\root\cimv2", options);

scope.Connect();

near scope.Connect(); getting the exception as "Access is Denied"

How can i resolve this issue.
