Updatepanel CONTROL USE

hI.....

WHY WE USE Updatepanel CONTROL,WHAT IS THE USE OF THIS CONTROL, WHY WE BIND <asp:FileUpload > CONTROL TO UPDATEPANEL

Update panel helps in partial rendering of the page.

Only those portion which are inside the update panel will be updated.

File upload control cannot be placed inside an update panel as it will get refreshed after each post back and the file path that has been set will be lost.

hi

Some times you need to refresh only some part of the page so to stop complete page rendering Update Panel is used so when specific event trigger just the update panel will render.
So it gives fast response
