Conditional Css Not Working [Resolved]

The above code is working for Internet explorer but it is not working for google chrome.

I figured it out myself.

The code is like this.

<!--[if Moz]><!-->
<link href="NotIe.css" rel="Stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<!--<![endif]-->

<link href="Moz.css" rel="Stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<!--<![endif]-->--%>


I had to add an extra <!--> in the code...
