Hi,
Iam attaching the screenshot.In that when i entered value in textbox based on that i can get range of values in dropdownlist like in screenshot.Please find it and provide me better solution.

Use the below code:

protected void txtNumber_TextChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
int Range = Convert.ToInt16(txtNumber.Text);
for (int max = 1; max <= Range; max++)
{
if (max == 1)
ddlRange.Items.Add(max + "-" + (max * 10));
else
ddlRange.Items.Add((max * 10 + 1) + "-" + (max * 10));

}
}
