0	Just put your bootable DVD inside and browse the wizard. You will get the option to run in Repair mode in the 3rd page you encounter. It will reinstall Windows Server 2008 on the previous installation. Beware to put the same version which you used to install the server, otherwise there is huge possibility to slow down the server after reinstalling...
