how to add post back event on anchor tag

hi in my application .there is a captcha.when i add aspx link button and press that ,capcha will change.

but i want to add an anchor tag

like this .
<a ID='LinkButton1' href='#' runat='server' >Try a new code</a>

how it is possible.

0	You can write like this, what is the problem you are facing?
