user account get locked

hello experts,

we have a prod application which use oracle database 11g as backend and .NET technology as front end .
there is a user TESTUSER in database.
issue is that we can login in to the application, but when we try to login in database
through toad or Dbvisualizer then it gives an error of 'user account locked'.

please tell me what is the problem here , is it seems any issue from the application side?

0	Have you tried to open It using toad when all other applications using it are closed.. If not ,do close all the applications running or opening the database and try to reopen it using toad.. @Shipra - S.M. Techie Neetesh67, if this helps please login to Mark As Answer. \| Alert Moderator
