check the both string value

Can any one tell me

i have usign the two string values
I just checking the two string letter is equal or not test only in pl sql

This same format given below
for example

Suppose String var1 assign A,B,C,D
This is input value var2 assign A,B
Check the string value with comma

Time is Gold
