Hi,

URLs can only be sent over the Internet using the ASCII character-set. Other characters will be excluded. Please Once Go through ASCII character-set.

Thanks & Regards

While passing, encode the querystring using

Server.UrlEncode("Data")

Decode the url before reading the querystring.

Server.HtmlDecode(Server.UrlDecode("querystring"))
So that you no need of worrying about the special character.

Thanks
