i got the error...deploy the website

while i upload the web site i get the error "
XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: http://localhost/sitesreview/MasterPage.master
Line Number 1, Column 2:<%@ Master Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeFile="MasterPage.master.cs" Inherits="MasterPage" %>""
this type error what i do ??
