how to resolve shut down pblm when visual starts

when i start somtimes my pc shuts and again i have to restart it
----------------this happens only when i m working in visual studio 10 otherwise its okkkkk

since many services keep running on the machine, see the avalaible ram before you open VS

check not any unwanted processes are running.....press ctrl+alt+delete.....check it nd if there is, then end the unwanted processes

check which all process are consuming more memory and if not using close them

you might be using a desktop or laptop

Kill all the unwanted process
check which all process are consuming more memory and if not using close them this release ram memory
And still you cannot free up then you need to buy a new ram :)
