c# code to download a file using sql

Hi ..
I am using asp.net 2012 i have uploaded images like pdf,doc,jpg to sql server.
now i need to download from sql server in such a way ,when i click download button it should ask the path to download(where you want to save it)
then the file need to downloaded on that choosen location.

please do needfull help
