I think it will not work in Internet Explorer, Please try in different browsers like chrome, firefox, opera.

paste below property in .txtBox Cssclass
behavior: url(/PIE.htc);

and download the PIE.htc file from http://css3pie.com/

simply write following in ur .css file

.textbox
{
border-readius:5px;
-webkit-border-radius: 5px;
-moz-border-radius: 5px;
}
and add this style in ur textbox "CssClass".....
