Here are the steps you need to follow:

1.The machine should have Installed with Visual Studio 2010,.
2.Open the folder that contains the Solution file
3. Right Click on the solution file and Select Open With ? Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
4. Conversion Wizard opens, Click next
5.Select option "NO" and if you want take backup click "yes" then Click "Next"
6.After that there will be a "Ready to Convert" window.Click Finish
7.Click "Close" Button
8.Conversation report appear and all the results will appear.
Change the target framework option to .NET Framework

1.Right on class library solution and go to property
2.Go to the compiler tab and click the Advance compile option
3.Select the Target Framework to .NET Framework 4.0
4.Run the solution and check if it launches properly, if it crashes, it could be due to some missing references. Debug and add them to make sure the application comes up

May be sum of the application buttons and images needs to checked once. they may not work, you need to update them
