I have problem in c#.net windows application

I have develop a C#.net windows application with MS Access database.
after I build setup file & install it my one of friend PC.
I run it get the below error

Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine

this O/S is 64bit windows 7 machine.
this application perfectly work on windows 7 32bit O/S.

how i solving this matter.
please help me.
