Gridview rows disable code if its having same rows

I Have 1 Gridview.It having 4 columns and 4 rows.here all columns of 2nd and 3rd rows are same as 1st row except 1st column.Then my question is how to disable the 3rd and 4th columns of 2nd and 3rd row?please send answer with code as soon as possible...
