Javascript is client side scripting language.. It has nothing to with Databases.. You can however use javascript to perform CRUD operations in your database[SQL server/Oracle].. Apart from this you can keep in the data in Cookies/Hidden fields @ Client side.. You can search "Client Side State Management in ASP.Net" for more details.

Apart this you can save you data in JSON arrays and as well as in XML and then perform some kind of actions using Javascript..
