are we create .qwc file by using web services?

Hi,
i have developed shopingcart application and i want integrate in quickbooks tool, so we need a .QWC file for the connection for the shopingcart with quickbooks tool. so are we create .qwc file by using webservices.

if we know any other ways to integrate quickbooks tool .
