Dll errror : could not fid assembly or refernce..please help me out

Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=5.0.9.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' or one of its dependencies. Strong name signature could not be verified. The assembly may have been tampered with, or it was delay signed but not fully signed with the correct private key. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131045)

Please resolve this problem. I have added he dll as a reference as well as . why it is showing like this .
