how to install framework in setup file automatically with setup file

i hav created a wpf application
now ehen i tried this to install to system it is asking fo framework 4.0
i got this point but i want to find a way that user need not to install this shoul br automatically installed in user system with set up file of my software
please help me out from this situaation.
