Resource Allocation to WPF

Hi friend

Here is my issue

I created my own WPF Theme(.xaml file)
I make Assembly of my WPF theme

I want to load the resource(Xaml file) from un-referenced assemblies (WPF Theme assembly)
so that when I update the assembly (WPF Theme assembly) no need to rebuilt the my application.

So I Want to Access the Xaml resource from un-referenced assemblies (WPF Theme assembly)
The un-referenced assemblies (WPF Theme assembly) May be placed in any where in local directory not in Debug Directory.

Bassically in Xaml file, there are different Style of WPF control...

Is it Possibel ?
How ?

But in Xaml file i use dataGrid control Style(that are coming in WPFtoolkit.dll) so when i try your code http://www.codeproject.com/KB/WPF/wpfdynamicthemes.aspx 0 it will not found the datagrid control because wr are not comlipe the file so the it will not found the WPFToolkit.dll so the i make dll for my all the themes above isuue might be solve..... Now its ok
