dropdown problem in asp

hi,
i have dropdown ,in that dropdown i want to display the data from anothertable ie, (1 jobtitle ,2 date) i want to display both data combine to display in dropdown.If i select that dropdown it should be display remaining columns in that table should be display . If any one can know pls give me solution and relevant code.
