Could Any Body Please give Me Idea About Design Patterns and How They Implement In ASP.NET With C#

I need A real World Example With Little Bit Good Programming Stuff By Using Presentation Layer/Data access Layer/Business Logic Layer

Implementation of Design Patterns in UI, DAL and BLL depends on the scenarios that you should be able to find out once you know the design pattern and face specific problem. Thank you for asking.
