To Convert The C# DateTime object To java.util.date Format, We have To Use .ToJavaDate(); i.e.,

startDate.ToJavaDate();

You can convert like this.
Calendar.set(Calendar.MILLISECOND, value);

try this date.add(GregorianCalendar.MILLISECOND, cdate.Millisecond);
