Good question SyedShakeer,

Yes, jQuery is inbuilt in AngularJS however all the functionality of jQuery is not inbuilt. The jQuery of AngularJS is called jqLite that exposes around 35 most and frequently used functions of jQuery such as .addClass, .after, .text etc.

To use all the functionality of jQuery, we will need to use seprate jQuery library.

The how to of this has been explained in this article http://www.dotnetfunda.com/articles/show/3159/using-jqlite-and-jquery-in-angularjs.

Thanks

Actually, its also depends on the version version of angular you use.
In CDN angular JS will not have the Jquery Functionality, so its always recommended to have the JQuery file also include in your application.
