You Just Add Two Folders In App_Code As CsharpCode and VBCode

Add Code in Web.Config

<compilation debug="true">

<codeSubDirectories>
<add directoryName="CSharpCode"/>
<add directoryName ="VBCode"/>
</codeSubDirectories>
</compilation>

The only way you can use a vb.net code inside a C# Solution , is to create different class libraries and choose c# and then call it in C#. this behavior is not common but it is possible and easy.
